In a recent survey on JORDAO’s Human Resources, carried out by International Consultant Heidrick & Struggles, “Customer Orientation” has been highly emphasized.
In fact, the vast majority of JORDAO employees stated that the Customer, and Customer Service, are the focus of their daily activities and attention. The questions, which analyzed this aspect of the study, obtained 84.3 points, five points above the average of medium-sized Companies benchmark.
“There’s a constant concern with improving the relationship with Customers.”
“In my company it is essential to ensure customer satisfaction.”
These statements were highlighted from the survey by the JORDAO Team, which was answered anonymously and by all employees of the company (response rate 100%).
This result is even more relevant, given that “Customer Orientation” is one of the six corporate values of the Company for the pursuit of its goals and it's present in the strategy map for the three-year period 2014-16.”
